Our story
Fifteen years of recovering with respect
OM Management Financial Services was built on a simple belief: recovery works best when it is local, lawful and accountable. Over 15+ years in debt collection and recovery, we have grown from a Kanpur operation into a statewide network covering all 75 districts and 350+ tehsils of Uttar Pradesh, including rural and semi-urban pockets that most agencies cannot reach.
Today our 4,000 sq ft corporate head office in Kanpur houses a 100-seat calling centre, an MIS and CCTV command desk and a dedicated server room. Behind it are 325+ trained professionals across field operations, tele-calling and back-office support, all police-verified and working to a strict code of conduct.
